Namaka Subsea, a global subject matter expert based in Aberdeen, has appointed Alan Melia as Operations Manager.
Alan has nearly 40 years’ experience in the diving industry. He joins Namaka Subsea from IMCA, where he held the position of Technical Manager. Alan has also held positions such as Offshore Diving Manager, Diving Technical Authority and Diving Operations Manager.
Alan also has experience in developing diving safety management systems for start-up diving contractors, helping the company meet IMCA’s requirements for contractor membership in the Diving Division.
