OPPS Global Announces Offshore Recruitment Service and Launches New Website

OPPS Global, recruitment specialists in the ROV sector, have unveiled their website offering a modern, streamlined approach to agency recruitment, which is now online for ROV personnel to sign up for free.

ROV personnel are able to create a free account, upload their documents and certification, then input their career history. Clients will then be able to search for available personnel using open or specific search parameters and make an offer directly to available candidates for ah-hoc work.

"We've taken the recruitment process and streamlined it into one simple-to-use website that can be securely accessed by offshore personnel, as well as the companies looking to source those people," explained OPPS Global Managing Director, Mark Thompson. "Initially we'll be targeting the ROV sector, with a view to expanding in the future."

The service, which is free to personnel and only charges a low fee to the client when an offer is accepted, is well positioned against traditional agency costs.

"We believe this will change the face of offshore recruitment," said Mark. "giving every individual equal footing and without a middle man.
