Hydrasun Achieves Top Health, Safety & Environmental Accreditations

Hydrasun, the leading provider of bespoke hose, fluid transfer, umbilicals and process control instrumentation solutions to the oil and gas industry, is pleased to announce that it has completed a prestigious double, with the award of both the ISO14001 accreditation for its Environmental Management System & the BS OHSAS 18001 accreditation for its Health and Safety Management System.

These achievements demonstrate Hydrasun’s commitment to the highest standards of Health, Safety & Environmental Management systems, and to assuring legal and regulatory compliance whilst enabling the most effective management of health, safety & environmental risks.

Sitting alongside the ISO9001 Accreditation for their Quality Management System, which they have operated since 1987, Hydrasun is now one of a select number of companies operating within the oil and gas industry that has achieved all 3 approvals.

In addition to underpinning their product and integrated service solutions these awards also further strengthen Hydrasun’s status within industry vendor assessment schemes such as FPAL, where “Verify” status of their HSE systems was received in 2008, and provides oil and gas industry purchasers with enhanced levels of supplier assurance when selecting Hydrasun for tenders and/or contract awards.
