Mission to Mexico
23-27 February 2020
Subsea UK partnered with the DIT for this trade mission to Mexico, 23-27 February, 2020.
DIT Mexico identified sectors and projects with an increasing demand for services, goods and technologies which the UK could supply. The programme included:
• Projects focused on Asset Integrity, Enhanced Oil Recovery, Front-end Engineering, Offshore Services & Infrastructure, Subsea Technologies.
• Site visits and events in Mexico City and Villahermosa with prime contractors, government, potential partners and key decision makers on specific projects.
• Invited companies included Shell, BHP Billiton, Repsol, Premier Oil, Total, Hokchi Energy, Fieldwood Energy, Pemex, Transocean, Arendal, Cotemar, Diavaz, Grupo Mexico, Grupo Protexa, McDermott, etc.
• Attendance to EIC Connect Mexico Energy Forum, taking place in Mexico City on 27th Feb
• Site visits and events in Mexico City and Villahermosa with prime contractors, government, potential partners and key decision makers on specific projects.
