NESCol - Upskilling Opportunities

A presentation is available below.While the country is in lockdown, North East Scotland College (NESCol) continues to support businesses in and around the local economy with upskilling opportunities for new and existing staff members. This interactive Teams presentation provided employers with information on three specific opportunities to help develop their workforce:
- Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF) – how companies who pay the Apprenticeship Levy can access £15,000 worth of training from NESCol with no strings attached!
- Foundation Apprenticeships – how you can support a senior phase school pupil with a work placement (typically one day per week across the academic year).
- Modern Apprenticeships – the range of Modern Apprenticeships offered by NESCol (and how they are funded) across a variety of different disciplines.
