Connector Subsea Solutions small bore ball valve is a super compact fully welded solution. Our fully welded design significantly reduces size and weight of each unit while maintaining a reliable high-pressure valve operation. Competitor analysis has indicated that our valves are approximately 70% lighter than industry alternatives!
The sealing options are flexible and interchangeable in terms of material and quality, this to be competitive regarding high performance solution for gas applications and down to simpler seal applications for hydraulic valves. All these sealing solutions can be utilized in the same hardware. Modular design allows for reuse of all parts.
Materials as standard are in Super Duplex (UNS S32750) for valve Body and internal parts and Nitronic 50 HS (ASTM A479 GRADE XM-19) for bonnet and flanges.
