KW Group have brought all of employees back from furlough, either safely at its premises manufacturing turnkey hyperbaric test systems or working from home.
KW Group's in-house KW Pressure Testing facility is now fully operational, which will allow companies the option of outsourcing testing if investment in CAPEX equipment is challenging in the current global situation.
The company has seen positive signs emerging with some high value orders currently pending and a growing level of enquiries. Customers are continuing to invest in research and product development so that they are ready to move quickly, ensuring they retain their market share. KW Group can see that this pandemic is different to a recession in that the demand is still there, but has been held back due to COVID-19, so once the brakes can come off safely, the company hopes to see the demand return more quickly than in a general economic recession.
Further afield, KW Group now have representation in South America and France, and are also in discussions with companies in Norway and North America to bring on board further distributors and business development partners to ensure the initial entry into these markets can be further enhanced.
The Far East is still a potential market for KW Group, and one the company is looking to in the future to locate and engage suitable partners to explore the growing opportunities that exist in this region.
