Simmons & Company International®, Energy Specialists of Piper Sandler® rebrands as Simmons Energy | A Division of Piper Sandler℠
Formerly Simmons & Company International®, Energy Specialists of Piper Sandler®, Simmons Energy | A Division of Piper Sandler℠ ("Simmons”) today announced a corporate rebranding. The Simmons Energy division offers energy sector specific securities products and investment banking services through the broker/dealer affiliates of Piper Sandler Companies.
On Monday, October 29, 2018, in connection with the Houston office move to 609 Main in downtown Houston, the division will open its doors as Simmons Energy. The rebrand will be reflected with an updated divisional website and logo.
The Simmons Energy | A Division of Piper Sandler brand not only highlights its prominence within Piper Sandler, but also reaffirms the division’s commitment to servicing domestic and international clients in the energy services and equipment, upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.

Since Simmons’ sale to Piper Sandler Companies in February 2016, the group has substantially grown its footprint in equity capital markets, as well as added capabilities for clients in debt capital markets, debt underwriting, equity private placements, and restructuring and special situations.
