Notice to Exporters 2020/19: EU Transition and SPIRE

This notice gives details on the availability of SPIRE in December, while we make changes in preparation for the end of the transition period.
It also outlines some additional information we will require from you, as soon as possible, on licence applications for controlled exports so that we can issue the correct licence from 1 January 2021.
