£4 million available for green jobs
Support for businesses to create new green jobs that contribute to improving the environment and achieving net zero emissions.
The first call will open for applications on Tuesday 18 May and close on Tuesday 15 June 2021.

Apprenticeship Employer Grant
The Apprenticeship Employer Grant can help you take on a Modern or Graduate Apprentice within your business. It can also be used to develop the skills of an existing employee. Funding will be available until 25th March 2021 and all applications must be submitted by this date.

Marine and fisheries grants
Expressions of interest have now opened up for Marine Fund Scotland (MFS) which replaces the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF), following the UK’s exit from the EU. The MFS has a one year budget of £14 million, meaning all projects must be completed by 31st March 2022.
Foreign travel rules updated
Additional restrictions were announced on 19 March for travellers arriving in Scotland from Ethiopia, Oman, Qatar and Somalia.
