NEIL GORDON | CEO | SUBSEA UK
Neil has over 25 years' management experience in director and business development roles, combined with over 15 years in the subsea industry. Prior to joining Subsea UK, he spent four years managing the National Hyperbaric Centre which included project-managing saturation diving operations and hyperbaric weld trials. He has experience working in India, Middle-east, Africa and Brazil and has worked with the Oil and Gas Producers diving operations sub-committee on client representative training and competency for subsea projects. He was also an active member of the IMCA diving safety, medical, technical and training committee.

MARK RICHARDSON | VICE-PRESIDENT PROJECTS | NEPTUNE ENERGY
Mark is the Vice-President Projects in Neptune Energy, holds an MSc in Offshore Engineering with distinction and an MBA. In 2013 he was presented with the Society of Underwater Technology Award of Merit, and also won the Oil and Gas UK Business Efficiency Award. In 2015 Mark was awarded the Industry Emerging Leader Award. In 2017 he received the Oil and Gas Authority sponsored Maximising Economic Recovery award. In support of the Industry Mark has been a member of the Subsea UK Board and the UK Engineering Construction Industry Training Board. Prior to joining Neptune in 2018, Mark worked for; Apache, BP, Lloyds Register and numerous subsea contractors in various roles.


EDWARD MCCLUSKEY | SENIOR P&C MANAGER | SSE RENEWABLES
Edward is a Senior P&C Manager responsible for early offshore development. He is currently managing c.6.7GW of projects. Edward has over 30 years construction experience. He is a chartered surveyor and arbitrator. Edward has worked in the UK, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Philippines, and the US.


JOSEPH MACDONALD | SUBSEA OPERATIONS ENGINEER | SERICA ENERGY
Joseph is currently a Subsea Operations Engineer at Serica Energy. After completing a MEng in Mechanical Engineering at Heriot-Watt University, he joined the BP Global Projects Organisation. Initially working in London before transferring to North Sea Operations. In 2018 Joseph transitioned with the Bruce, Keith & Rhum assets to Serica Energy as they took on operatorship of these assets.


SAURABH SHAH | HEAD OF BD UK & NORDICS | FALCK RENEWABLES
Saurabh is the Head of BD UK & Nordics for Falck Renewables. After graduating with a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, he worked with Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) and then transitioned into the financial sector following the oil crisis in 1999. He joined Falck Renewables in 2006 and initially worked in the Finance team. Over the years at Falck Renewables he has worked across North Europe, India, Chile, Mexico and Australia covering onshore wind, solar and briefly offshore wind for Round 3 in the UK.


CARLOS MARTIN | CEO | BLUEFLOAT ENERGY
Carlos is the CEO of BlueFloat Energy. Carlos has worked in renewables for more than 15 years. As Director of Floating Wind at EDP Renewables (EDPR), he oversaw the development of the WindFloat Atlantic project in Portugal, the first floating offshore wind project to ever achieve a project financing structure Before joining EDPR, Carlos worked for eight years at McKinsey & Company in the energy practice. Carlos is an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at IE Business School in Madrid. He holds an MBA from Insead and a MSc. in Civil Engineering from ENPC (Paris) and UPM (Madrid).


MICHAELA GREGORY | SENIOR SOURCING MANAGER | ØRSTED
Michaela has been a Senior Sourcing Manager for Offshore Logistics for Ørsted since 2020. Prior to joining Ørsted she held a number of roles in offshore and logistics procurement for major companies including Vestas and DFDS. In her current procurement role she covers offshore logistics across Ørsted’s global portfolio.


THOMAS SCHUBBE | LEAD ASSET INTEGRITY SPECIALIST | ØRSTED
Thomas has been the Business Continuity Team Lead for Orsted EPC & Operations since August 2019.
Prior to joining Orsted, Thomas spent five years working in the intelligence community, including with critical infrastructure protection, and eight years working with non-technical risk and operational/organizational resilience in the oil & gas and financial services sectors.
