PSA Has Granted Shell Consent to Use Ormen Lange Subsea Template D with Appurtenant Lines

The Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) has granted A/S Norske Shell (Shell) consent to use Ormen Lange subsea template D with appurtenant lines.

The consent covers use of Ormen Lange subsea template D and manifold with appurtenant intra-field pipelines, umbilical and pipeline end modules.

Production start-up from the first well on subsea template D is planned for July 2010.
