MAATS awarded “gold level” service support contract

MAATS Tech Ltd are pleased to announce they have signed contracts with a major client for the provision of top level Service Framework Agreement (SFA) on 2 vessels in their fleet.

The "Gold Level” Service Framework Agreement package includes a number of valuable benefits including 24/7 dedicated MAATS Engineer support, included engineering days, discounted spares provision and documentation updates.

MAATS Service and Support facility, based in Durham in the North-East of England, are on hand with material spares provision and are dedicated to the meticulous delivery of the Service Framework Agreements.  The standard level support package is included as part of MAATS supply and each package is bespoke, offering graded options offer the customer the flexibility to choose which package would best suit the requirements of the vessel.  There are options for many areas of the package; onsite engineering days, annual inspection and reports, staff training and a discounted spares.  

A MAATS Service Framework Agreement can assist in limiting the potential maintenance downtime of a vessel.  The service agreement will ensure that the equipment lifespan is optimised whilst considering the opportunity for cost effective upgrade to ensure efficient future operation.

This is the 3rd such Service Framework agreement that MAATS have secured, joining Nexans and NKT who have current agreements for support on the Aurora and Victoria vessels, bringing the total of vessels under MAATS SFA agreements to 4.
