| Subsea UK grants privileged access to restricted areas on the website through issuance of a unique password for each member. In the event that a member is in breach of these conditions, ceases to become a member, or fails to pay amounts owed in respect of subscriptions, event fees or other levies within the terms of payment, or otherwise becomes in breach of the conditions of membership, Subsea UK reserves the right at its sole discretion to: 1. Suspend immediately without prior warning, access to restricted member areas 2. Terminate membership of Subsea UK and access to members events at membership rates. |
