Penspen Wins Subsea Feed Contract for Golden Eagle

Penspen Limited has been awarded a contract by Nexen Petroleum UK to deliver a Subsea Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) study for the Golden Eagle Subsea Engineering development in the North Sea.

Penspen will provide an integrated FEED study establishing structural requirements, specifications, operational functionality and flow assurance for the subsea portion of the Golden Eagle Area Development. Penspen Limited has a well established offshore division of dedicated subsea engineers who will work on the project.

Helen Ricketts, Penspen’s Acting Head of Offshore, said:
