NCS Survey Awarded Technip Contract

NCS Survey, of Aberdeen, has been awarded a Frame Agreement by Technip UK Limited for the Provision of Survey Services. Operating a number of subsea construction and installation vessels in the North Sea, Technip has an ongoing requirement for the provision of survey and positioning services onboard their vessels.

The Frame Agreement commenced on 1st January 2011 and is valid for 3 years with the option to extend.

NCS Survey was selected on our excellent safety record, our ability to support Technip’s specific requirements and our ongoing commitment to base our offshore personnel here in Aberdeen. Our ongoing capability with new technology was also seen as a good fit with Technip and we are pleased that these investments in technology such as AUVs and real-time 3D visualisation, which can be used for such tasks as touchdown monitoring and seabed clearance support have been recognised by Technip.”
