SeeByte Adds to Mine Counter Measures Expertise

SeeByte, the global leader in creating smart software technology for unmanned systems, is pleased to welcome Ltd Cdr Rob Cornick RN (retired) as a newly appointed Senior Programme Manager.
Rob joins SeeByte having recently retired from the Royal Navy after 25 years as a Mine Warfare specialist. His last post saw Rob act as the Mine Warfare Programme Officer at NATO's Undersea Research Centre, La Spezia, Italy. During his time there, Rob provided expertise, leadership and guidance researching, testing and shaping NATO's future Mine Countermeasures operating concepts and capabilities. Rob's time spent with NATO operational forces and his own practical experience will be to the benefit of customers of SeeTrack Military. SeeByte's flagship product is the tool of choice for the US Navy and it is used by eleven other navies to enable interoperability when planning, monitoring and processing data from multiple AUVs, divers and sensors.

Rob officially begins his role with SeeByte at their head office in Edinburgh this week; however attendees of Ocean Business 2011, hosted in Southampton last week may have spotted Rob at the SeeByte booth where he met many of SeeByte's key customers and partners.
