Subsea 7 Contracts for Three Schilling ROVs

Schilling Robotics reports new contracts from Subsea 7 for three new ROVs. Scheduled for 2Q 2011 delivery, the order includes one 150 hp, 3,000 m (9,842 ft) rated ACV ROV and two 150 hp, 3,000 m rated HD ROVs.

The ACV ROV is scheduled to join Subsea 7's construction vehicle fleet and will join the new pipelay/heavy-lift vessel Seven Borealis. The HD ROVs will support work in the North and Norwegian seas.
