Subocean Scoops Best Business Achievement Award

Trailblazing businesses and individuals who have played a key part in helping reduce Scotland's carbon footprint have won major accolades at the Scottish Renewables Green Energy Awards.

Winners of the seventh annual awards, sponsored by npower renewables, were announced at a gala ceremony on Thursday, December 4, at the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh.

Among the winners were Subsea UK member, Subocean Group Ltd, who picked up the award for Best Business Achievement. A leader in supplying the marine renewables industry, in the last year Subocean has seen over £130m of sales, with work booked up to 2010.
