CSL Expands Resourcing Capabilities with the Appointment of a Technical Recruitment Consultant

CSL, the Aberdeen headquartered project management and engineering firm is pleased to announce the appointment of Tereza Cairns as Technical Recruitment Consultant. This is a key appointment in the development of CSL’s provision of project services to global energy clients and to Nexus Energy Recruitment’s bespoke recruitment services.
Nexus part of CSL became a standalone company in June last year to expand on CSL’s specialist recruitment expertise across the full lifecycle of oil and gas fields. Nexus Energy Recruitment specialise in finding long term personnel through analysis of the values and aspirations of both the client and the contractor so that a successful fit is found. Tereza has been appointed to CSL to help satisfy demand for internal growth but consults with Nexus to supplement their recruitment services provision.
Originally from the Czech Republic Tereza moved to Aberdeen to study Social Sciences & Psychology in 2005. After her studies, she went on to obtain an entry level position with a local firm in recruitment and later joined a leading topside oil and gas facilities provider.
Tereza quickly developed a passion for the field of energy recruitment when immersed in the fast paced, oil and gas technical recruitment environment unique to the North East of Scotland. Her enthusiasm for providing recruitment solutions in the technical engineering market has led her to supplement her own expertise through training courses run by CSL including Subsea Facilities, Legislation & HSE Awareness and Decommissioning Introduction. She is also currently working towards her Diploma in Recruitment Practice (DipRP) with the Recruitment Employment Confederation.
