flexlife Shortlisted for SOAA
11 March 2009
flexlife, a leading flexible pipe specialist headquartered in Aberdeen, has been shortlisted for the Small Company Great Performance trophy at this year's Scottish Offshore Achievement Awards (SOAA).
The company, which earlier this year won the prestigious Best New Comer title at the Subsea UK 09 awards, is down to the final three best small companies in the running for the SOAA accolade.
The awards are recognised worldwide by the oil and gas community and the winners will be announced at a gala dinner in Aberdeen on the 26th of March.
flexlife director Stuart Mitchell said: “We are absolutely delighted to reach the final, especially so quickly after our win at Subsea UK 09. Winning the best newcomer was a fantastic achievement and a great start to 2009. It would be a huge honour to be acknowledged by the SOAA's.”
flexlife was established nearly two years ago by flexible pipe experts Stuart Mitchell, John Marsden and Carl-Petter Halvorsen who identified a gap in the market for a consultancy that specialises in field proven solutions, how to deliver them and also deals with integrity management.
