Mobilising the Military

Mobilising the Military is part of our ongoing strategy of helping Subsea UK members to access talented military people. Ex -forces people have a proven track record of being able to effectively transition into subsea roles.

This event represented a change in the way we have previously approached mobilising military talent. The new style, which was designed to help remove barriers to employment, will accelerate both the pace and numbers of people with transferable skills getting into the subsea industry.

We are working with a number of organisations including the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) to ensure we engage with service leavers who are most likely to be a match with the requirements of the subsea roles companies are recruiting for.
