Valeport Launches Competition to Show Products in Action

Leading marine instrument manufacturer, Valeport, has launched a new competition for its customers to source videos or photos of Valeport products in action.

UK-based Valeport designs and manufactures instrumentation for the oceanographic, hydrographic and hydrometric communities is asking its customers worldwide to send in videos or photos of Valeport products in action for the chance to win an iPad Air 2 for the best video footage and an iPad Mini 3 for the best photo.

The competition is open to all Valeport customers and applies to any Valeport product.  Valeport is requesting competition submissions are made online at and they plan to share a selection of the images on their website and social media networks.

Kevin Edwards, Valeport sales and marketing manager commented: "We’re always really interested to hear about the interesting projects and applications our products are deployed in and this competition is about identifying more of those stories. Our products are used in many sectors including; environmental, defence, oil and gas, renewable energy, construction, dredging and civil engineering and we’re looking forward to finding out more about the often quite unique projects Valeport products are supporting.

"It’s simple to enter via our website, no long form filling in required – we’ve designed it to be a quick 5 minute entry process.  It doesn’t matter how new or old your Valeport products are, just grab your camera, up load an entry and you could win an iPad Air or iPad Mini.”

Submissions can be entered online at and the competition closes on 22nd May.
