Harlen Appoints Operations Director

Aberdeen based fabrication and engineering business, Harlen Fabrication Ltd has announced the appointment of Mike Smith as Operations Director to support the company’s continuing growth. Based in Aberdeen, Mike will be responsible for operational activity across Harlen’s Aberdeen structural fabrication, carbon steel and exotic piping facilities as well as their Dundee Quayside facility. Mike has a wealth of knowledge in weld procedure development, structural steel fabrication and pipework manufacturing, and his appointment further enhances Harlen’s breadth of technical capabilities.   

Commenting on the appointment, Bruce Gill - Managing Director said, "Mikes knowledge and capability across our key markets is invaluable, Mike is a natural fit within the Harlen team and his appointment marks a significant milestone in the development of the company.”
