Empire HR: HR Building Blocks

The Building Blocks course aims to develop line managers’ understanding of the practical application of people management processes across the main areas of the employment relationship. This training takes you through the lifecycle of an employee, from recruitment to contracts, disciplinary to grievance, this course aims to give you a competent understanding of how to manage your employees on a day to day basis.
