Empire HR: Building Blocks Inverness

A one-day workshop which aims to develop line managers' practical understanding of HR processes across the main areas of the employment relationship.  

This is an ideal introductory course that cuts through the legal and complex areas of employment law.  The workshop has a flexible format and can be delivered in house for clients or delegates may attend an open course (an ideal opportunity to share best practice with other organisations).  The course can be tailored to the general challenges of the construction industry.
