Craig, who is responsible for Subsea 7's Engineering Graduate Training programme, its Drawing Office Apprenticeship Training Programme and its Conversion Training Programme (for engineers joining Subsea 7 from non oil and gas backgrounds) commented: “I believe that those of us who currently have a career in the oil and gas industry have a personal responsibility to ensure that those who follow in our footsteps receive the benefit of our experiences to enable them to carry on and build upon the fantastic lessons learned and experiences achieved in this exciting industry.
