East Coast Oil & Gas Almost Doubles Aberdeen Office Space

East Coast Oil & Gas (EC-OG) have taken more space at Moorfield Group’s Aberdeen Innovation Park expanding operations at the recently refurbished Davidson House on Campus One.

EG-OC has signed up for an additional 1,200 sq ft at Davidson House, taking their total floorspace to 2,230 sq ft. A new four-year lease has been agreed at a rental of £20.75 per sq ft.
