EV Private Equity would like to reach out to and update those interested in growing against the current market backdrop. EV has c. $750m capital under management and a portfolio of 23 companies operating globally; the subsea market remains a key focus area for EV.
The Lunch & Learn will discuss how access to enabling capital from EV and other sources can be used to stimulate organic and inorganic growth opportunities. Within a partnership model, EV investments can be structured as minority growth capital, acquisition, and management buy-outs/buy-ins, where appropriate to the particular situation.
EV will also introduce their Aberdeen team, elaborate on their investment criteria, and talk about the support – boardroom and beyond – EV provides to its portfolio companies. The presentation will be followed by a networking and Q&A session with the EV Aberdeen team.
