LFF Spromak Engineering is a specialist manufacturer of high-integrity forged piping components for subsea and offshore applications. Founded in 1982, we’ve built a global reputation for the design and production of MSS SP-97 reinforced branch connection fittings & flanges, ASME forged fittings, API flanges & studded adapters, compact weld neck & swivels, and a wide range of custom-engineered forged components used in critical subsea piping systems; flow-loops, jumpers, PLEMs, PLETs & FLETs. Operating from two UK manufacturing locations and supported by the global LFF Group, we’re able to provide regional support in Australia, New Zealand, Kazakhstan, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar, Singapore and Houston.
Our in-house engineering team has a deep technical expertise with advanced forging and machining capabilities to deliver products that meet the most demanding industry requirements. From component design, material selection, legacy equipment replacement, forging and machining, through to inspection, testing, and certification, every stage of production is focused on safety, performance, and long-term reliability in harsh subsea environments. Typical grades include F22, F51, F55, F65, 4140, N06625 and overlay cladding. The company is qualified to leading international standards, including NORSOK M-650, DNV-CP-0247 & DNV-CP-0346, LRQA type approval, and compliance with PED 2014/68/EU, reflecting our commitment to quality assurance.
