Join colleagues from across the underwater industry at the free-to-attend Official Subsea Expo Networking Drinks Reception, which will kick-start activities during Subsea Expo. The evening is being kindly supported by Saab UK.
Aberdeen city centre's stunning Union Kirk is the venue for the reception which takes place on Tuesday, 3 February 2026 from 18:00 until 20:30. Taking place on the evening before the show opens on Wednesday morning, the drinks reception provides a friendly start to the two-day exhibition and conference.
The evening event is an excellent opportunity to network with exhibitors, delegates, sponsors and organisers in a relaxed setting.
Union Kirk, situated on the corner of Union Street and Bon-Accord Street, has been a meeting place for over 150 years. Featuring dramatic stained glass windows and ornate architecture, this imposing Victorian gothic church - formerly known as the Langstane Kirk - is today a contemporary event space situated close to a variety of restaurants.

The Official Subsea Expo Networking Drinks Reception at Union Kirk on the evening of Tuesday, 03 February is free-to-attend, but advance registration is required.
Please note that separate registration for Subsea Expo is also required.

The venue
Situated in the heart of Aberdeen city centre, this former church is situated on the corner of Union Street and Bon-Accord Street. Located on the first-floor of the building - above Soul - access is via the entrance on Bon-Accord Street. City centre hotels, restaurants and bars are a short walk from the venue, as are Aberdeen Railway Station, numerous car parks and taxi ranks. A number of bus services stop on Union Street very close to Union Kirk.
