AISUS announces strategic appointment of New Service Delivery Manager

New appointment of service delivery manager Gary Craigen aims to help the team build and grow international operational excellence and delivery.

Gary aims to achieve this through the standardisation of operational performance, in processes, procedures and the development of people and systems, whilst also championing QHSE and continuing to help build strong client relationships.

“While many companies are struggling due to the general decline in the UK oil and gas market, AISUS are bucking this trend by delivering niche inspection services and are showing strong growth in the internationalisation of its business. This along with its investment and development of AI into the heart of the business will keep and place it at the forefront of technology and service delivery," Gary continued.

Having been involved in various Operational Management roles from small start-ups through to large corporate companies for over 30 years, Gary brings a wealth of experience to help assist AISUS’ next critical growth steps. This will include the development and review of all operational systems and the development of people and training.

Gary added: “One of the most important factors of a high performing team is ensuring the combined efforts and team thinking exceed that of individual contributions.”
