Event Overview
Global Underwater Hub, in partnership with the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), is hosting an exclusive lunchtime seminar focused on exporting.

Exploring Exports will take place on Thursday, 26 February, hosted in GUH’s Bristol office – with presentations from DBT representatives broadcast online to members further afield.

This in-person event is designed for companies seeking to strengthen their international strategy, build new partnerships, or gain a clearer understanding of the export landscape and available support. With advisers from the UK Government’s Department for Business and Trade leading the sessions, delegates will have a unique opportunity to learn from and engage with experts driving UK export growth.
Open to both Global Underwater Hub members and non-members, attendees will receive practical guidance on exporting and discover how DBT can help businesses trade with confidence.


Event Format
This morning seminar will feature a series of short, informative presentations offering practical insight into exporting and the support available from the Department for Business and Trade (DBT).
In person delegates will also have the opportunity to network with colleagues from across the underwater industry and connect directly with DBT representatives. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided in Bristol.

Venue information
The venue for this event is the event studio at Global Underwater Hub's south of England regional office in Bristol.  Situated in Emersons Green, to the north-east of the city, the office is located close to junction 19 of the M4.  Car parking is available at the office, although spaces are limited.  On street parking can be found nearby.  The office is a 15-minute drive from Bristol Parkway Train Station and a 25-minute drive from Temple Meads Train Station (city centre). Taxis are available from both train stations.  Regular bus services are accessible within a short walk.
