Shabnum is an accomplished Psychologist with 15 years in executive leadership within the Oil & Energy sector, alongside a strong foundation in psychology and psychotherapy. Shabnum’s early career in Psychology focused on trauma, depression, psychosis, addiction and self-harm in private hospitals around the country. Her unique expertise bridges clinical practice and corporate leadership, providing strategic mental health support to individuals and organisations. As founder of introspeXion, she leads a team offering professional mental health services to the corporate sector, committed to building resilience, growth and well-being in today’s fast-paced world.

Venue
Offshore Autonomy in Action will take place in the event studio at Global Underwater Hub’s premises in Westhill, near Aberdeen.  Westhill is accessible from the A90 Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route, a 25-minute taxi ride from Aberdeen Railway Station and is serviced regularly from Aberdeen city centre by Stagecoach buses.
